HSE Compliance Auditing

Orbis is experienced in undertaking HSE compliance audits and reviews for clients to aid them evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of their HSE Management System and, where necessary, develop HSE Improvement Plans.  This provides assurance to senior management that:

 

• HSE risks are well controlled and managed;
• The HSE Management System remains robust and fit-for-purpose;
• Continuous improvement in HSE performance is being achieved.

 

Members of the Orbis team hold valid BOSIET, MIST, HUET (including CA-EBS) certificates, allowing them to conduct HSE audits offshore.

 

Due Diligence Support

Orbis has conducted due diligence studies (usually from a regulatory compliance perspective) in support of acquisitions and mergers of assets and companies. The product of these studies can support informed investment choices and reduce exposure to liabilities, such as non-compliance issues.
